Lancers lead. That is who we are and what we do鈥攊n our classrooms, within our clubs and committees, in our offices and in our communities鈥攚e lead. Through our leadership, we enable the reimagining of our world, inspire sustained commitment toward our objectives, and foster the knowledge and skillsets needed to realize those goals. At Pasadena City College, Lancers lead and serve with purpose; it is in our DNA.

The 黑料正能量C Institute for Leadership and the Public Purpose provides support and coordination for new and ongoing leadership and service initiatives at 黑料正能量C. The hope is that through the ILPP, all Lancers will find inspiration to lead and serve in new and impactful ways. The idea to establish the ILPP emerged after witnessing the incredible ways in which our 黑料正能量C community stepped up to assist and lead in the aftermath of the Eaton and Palisades fires. These efforts brought into clearer vision the College鈥檚 deep commitment to leadership and service for the public good.

Developing individuals who hold the values, knowledge, and skillsets needed for inspiring purposeful change in our communities is not a new phenomenon at 黑料正能量. For years, we have watched our students and employees innovate and contribute to the making of a better and more just world. Here are some current programs and initiatives that pursue this objective.
