WebCMS access is no longer available. ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿C’s new curriculum management system (CIM) is live, effective Fall 2025. Access to CIM is found under the Logins & Support section of the Faculty & Staff page.

a. Please reference the Canvas course home page or Curriculum Tutoring email notification, sent every Monday for updated CIM training information.

b. If you are unable to attend CIM training, instructional videos are available on the Curriculum & Instruction page, under CIM Training Materials.

c. For additional assistance, please contact your division C & I Representative or a Curriculum Specialist.

Course proposals submitted by the May 1st deadline for Fall 2025 review have been copied into CIM, ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿C’s new curriculum management system.  To find your proposal, select CIM Course Proposals (See FAQ #1) and type the course code in the CIM search window. Before editing your course proposal, it is strongly recommended to attend a CIM training session or watch the CIM training videos. (See FAQ #2)

If a faculty author was emailed tech review details about a proposal during the Fall 2024 or Spring 2025 semesters and the proposal was not resubmitted with proposal edits, the faculty author will need to copy their proposal into CIM. It is strongly recommended to attend a CIM training session or watch the CIM training videos before copying your proposal into CIM. (See FAQ #2).  If you are unable to find your proposal, please contact a Curriculum Specialist.

a. Use the appropriate Program Narrative document to revise or draft a program outline. Contact a Curriculum Specialist to request a copy of the current program narrative to use as a draft narrative document for the program update.

b. After completing the draft of the program narrative, enter the new program details or modifications into CIM. Access to CIM Program Proposals is found under the Logins & Support section of the Faculty & Staff page.
