Flex Obligation

The Flexible Calendar Program is facilitated through the Chancellor鈥檚 Office. Participating colleges, of which 黑料正能量C is one, select the number of Professional Development Days per academic year (黑料正能量C has opted for two Professional Development Days). Faculty at participating colleges are obligated to either attend their designated Professional Development Days or complete other professional learning activities in lieu of attending. The types of activities that qualify must be related to faculty, student, and instructional improvement. More specific details about the types of activities that quality can be found in 黑料正能量C鈥檚 Flexible Calendar Program Guidelines. 

Important to note, activities external to 黑料正能量C can also count towards one鈥檚 flex obligation. If you complete an activity outside of 黑料正能量C that you want to count towards your flex obligation, you will need to complete the external training form that is available on the .
