Eligibility

The STARS program and services are available to any current or former foster care student who is currently enrolled at 黑料正能量C.

How to Join STARS

  1. Enroll at 黑料正能量C

    If you are not yet a current 黑料正能量C student, the first step is to enroll in the college. If you need help, visit our office and we can help you with the admissions process. Or, you can start the process on your own by completing the 黑料正能量 Application for Admission and following the enrollment steps that follow the application.

  2. Apply to the STARS program

    Once you have applied to 黑料正能量C, apply to the STARS program, click here!  To receive STARS services, you will need to verify your status as a current or former foster youth.

  3. A STARS representative will contact you after you submit your STARS online application.
